Jeninna Calderon

A passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a strong foundation in child development and education. I hold a Bachelor of Child Studies from Mount Royal University (2019), majoring in Early Learning and Child Care with a minor in English, and I recently earned my Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of British Columbia (2025). With over a decade of hands-on experience working with children aged 0–12 years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of early learning needs and the power of intentional, relationship-based practice. In my current role as an Academy Director, I aim to merge leadership with pedagogy to support a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for both children and educators. My graduate studies have equipped me with critical perspectives and innovative approaches to advance high-quality early learning, professional development, and collaborative pedagogical leadership. I am committed to lifelong learning and to shaping meaningful experiences for children, families, and early years teams.
