I am Karen Bautista, I am passionate experienced as a childcare educator for over 7 years,of experience working in babies room,toddler room and now in mix group of age.I finish my degree back home in the Philippines as Bachelor of science in Elementary Education.I got my level 3 through my degrees back home.I have 2 children 1 girl 9 years old and 1 boy 4 years old. Throughout my career i am working at the daycare and now running a day home nurturing children a positive environment and beside children they can feel that home away from home. My approach to the children I am inspired Reggio Emilia approach.I am creating a safe environment and nurturing children base on their interest.
